Celebrating the Music of Burt Bacharach

So happy to be performing again at Herb Alpert’s Vibrato Jazz Grill.

This performance showcases the music and lyrics of the late, greats Burt Bacharach,  Hal David, and Astrud Gilberto, along with iconic tunes of Sergio Mendes and Brasil 66. Arranged by Grammy nominated pianist Tom Zink, and featuring Anne Walsh and some of LA’s top musicians.  Many of Bacharach’s most memorable pieces have been performed in the Bossa Nova style, and his approach to contemporary writing influenced many of the top performers in that genre. Featuring classics such as “I Say A Little Prayer”, “Alfie”, “One Less Bell”, and others from the era. With Mitchell Long; Guitar, Hussain Jiffry; Bass, Kevin Winard; Drums.
